Solid service, few hiccups
I got the Unlimited Plan during a tax season special. Importing my transactions via CSV was mostly smooth, but a couple of files needed tweaking before they'd upload correctly. The Portfolio Analysis is really helpful, and I like having all my assets in one place. The mobile app is okay, but I mostly use the desktop site. For the price, it's a solid tool, though the initial setup with all the imports took me longer than I expected.
Good for tax reports
I purchased the Pro Plan back in March to help with my tax reports. The API import from Binance worked well, and it pulled in all my trades correctly. Generating the FIFO Tax Calculation report was straightforward after the data was in. I did have a small question about some DeFi Tracking, and support got back to me in about 48 hours, which was reasonable. The interface felt a bit dated but was functional. Overall, it provided the data I needed.
So easy to use
Used the Free Plan for a while, then upgraded to the Pro Plan for the tax reporting. It was so much easier than doing it myself! The Trade List and Balance Sheet are great. Definitely worth it! I'm going to tell my friends about this.
